1962
Started as a small workshop in 1962. The works were such as welding iron stairs, railings, fences, iron gates and welding jobs in general, at that time. The company was named as Laseri.
1965
In 1965, he was managed to create the first generation of harmonica steel door. It was confirmed that we are the harmonica steel door pioneer in Indonesia.
1990
Varia workshops turned into a form of business entity PT and occupy a new office in Kayun area.
1996
In an effort to expand the segment and reach, Varia also pioneered a subsidiary named UD Karya Cipta Utama (UD KCU). It was established to serve the middle-low customers.
2000
To be able to serve the customer better, the company brought in new modern and more precise imported equipment and raw materials. The company changed its name to PT Varia Cipta Pratama and occupy a new more representative office and showroom on Jl. Kayun no. 2 Surabaya (beside GraPari Telkomsel).
2011
In an effort to standardize the quality of products, PT Varia Cipta Pratama implement quality management systems according to international standard ISO 9001:2008. This is a form of commitment in meeting customer needs. To achieve this, we added roll forming machine for more precise results with the latest technology.
